Skilled employees use advanced CAD-CAM systems for design, visualising and producing perfect models and prototypes. They can rely upon an experience of many years in the field of pattern making.

Accurate products require accurate measuring. For this reason, Modec Tooling and Prototyping B.V. has 3-D measuring devices with a size range of 3000 x 2000 x 2000 mm.

Measuring software

We are currently implementing a new, state-of-the-art measuring software, the FARO-CAM2 Automotive, a CAD based software for quality assurance which makes measuring a lot easier. The CAM-2Automotive software generates a measuring report directly from the CAD-model, which enables immediate comparison with the product.

OFTP

Shortly we will start using the so-called OFTP protocol. This Odette File Transfer Protocol is an EDI and PDI date internchange software, which enables us to treat your information even more discrete. Sending and receiving files in various formats runs through a direct ISDN-line.
